Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days of payment being confirmed. Orders are not shipped on weekends or public holidays. During peak periods, processing times may be slightly longer - we appreciate your patience. 

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and chosen method of delivery. You will be able to see the exact shipping costs before completing your purchase. 

Shipping Options

We offer both Standard and Express Shipping at Checkout. Delivery timeframes vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected. 

Estimated Delivery Timeframes

Once dispatched, estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • Australia: Standard 3-7 business days (peak periods may vary) / Express 1-3 business days (dependent on location)
  • New Zealand: Standard 5-10 business days (peak periods may vary) / Express 1-3 business days (dependent on location)
  • USA & Canada: Standard 7-14 business days (peak periods may vary) / Express 5-7 business days (dependent on location)
  • UK & Europe: Standard 7-14 business days (peak periods may vary) / Express 5-7 business days (dependent on location)
  • Rest of World: 10-21 business days / Express 7-14 business days

These are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to customs, public holidays, or factors outside of our control. 

Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can use this to monitor your delivery progress. 

Customs & Import Duties

For international orders, customs fees, import duties, or taxes may apply upon arrival in your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our shipping costs. We recommend checking your local customs regulations.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of placing your order. We are not responsible for orders lost or delayed due to an incorrect address being provided.
