Return and Refund Policy
Return Window
We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date. Requests made after this period will not be eligible for return.
Eligibility Conditions
To qualify for a return, all items must meet the following conditions:
- Unworn and unused
- Original tags still attached
- Return in original packaging
- Hygiene liner for Swimwear must be intact and undisturbed
For hygiene and safety reasons, any item that does not meet these conditions will be returned to the customer at their own expense.
Refunds
All approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method within 5-10 business days of us receiving and inspecting the item.
Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@scarandsea.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We will review your claim and, if approved offer a full refund or replacement at no additional cost to you. Items damaged through normal wear and tear or misuse are not covered.
Sale Items
All sale and discounted items are final sale and not eligible for return, exchange or refund.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked shipping method, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please contact us at hello@scarandsea.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and reason for return.
Once approved, you will receive instructions on where to send your item.
Processing Time
Once your return is received and inspected, store credit will be issued within 5-7 business days.
